職位描述
Main objective / purpose of the role:
Work in close partnership with hiring managers & HRBP to understand business hiring needs and be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for the China business.
Key responsibilities
?Evaluate the current sourcing channels to ensure it effectiveness
?Work with HRBP and AP talent acquisition team to develop branding strategy
?Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external sourcing channels to ensure vacancies are filled by qualified candidates (job and Stryker fit) within a suitable time period.
?Conduct applicant interviews including face-to-face interviews, Gallup profile review and coordination of second/subsequent interview arrangements.
?Keep HRBP and Hiring Managers updated as appropriate while effectively interacting with candidates.
?Accurately track recruitment activities/costs and advertising expenses and maintain recruitment metrics in line with corporate requirements.
?Focus on continuous improvement and makes suggestions to the HR Leader to improve the recruitment process.
?Plan and execute yearly campus recruiting events with key universities in China
?Attend HR conferences, association meetings, job fairs and other networking events to build up network and promote the Stryker brand in China.
?Act as China HR key contact to work closely with the company Talent Acquisition Manager
Functional Knowledge / Talents:
Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
-Bachelor degree or above
-5+ years’ of in-house or agency recruiting experience in China
-Demonstrated experience in conducting performance based job interviews
Key talents /strengths for the role:
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Ability to influence people at all levels of the organization
