This job reports to: Sr. HR Manager, C&B & Shared Service
Main objective / purpose of the role:
Work in partnership with the HR Manager to review and design C&B programs that meet business development needs. Responsible for C&B Service, HR system processing and for supporting the development and implementation of HR best practice.
List out the key responsibilities / outputs and its respective activities / input:
* Work closely with HRBPs during the annual salary review cycle to ensure processes, guidelines and timelines are adhered to.
* Review, develop and implement C&B programs that are in line with requirements of business development as well as in compliance with local laws and regulations.
* Be the China HRMS super-user and ensure accurate and timely entries updating of all system data.
* Prepare all HR-related reports –monthly, quarterly, yearly or ad hoc as relevant for management reporting as well as management-decision making purposes. Expected to liaise closely with HRBPs for reporting.
* Evaluate and participate in relevant market surveys and conduct C&B competitive benchmark analysis.
* Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
* Streamline the internal HR process, focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve processes and policies
Functional Knowledge / Talents
-Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
* Bachelor degree or above
* At last 5 years’ of related HR experience gained in China
* Multinational company background preferred
