Our client is a global leading MNC.
Position: Sr.Financial Analyst
Provides support to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, in order to achieve the overall goals and objectives of company through the effective planning analysis and reporting activities including variance, comparative and trend analysis for divisional sales, gross margins and Sales Rep commissions. Participate in the in the development, preparation, analysis and reporting of country financial plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides key financial support at all Country Business and Plan reviews. (Month end close, F1, F2, F3, Strat Plan, AOP).
Sensitive ASP analysis based on local tendering impact.
Price Application process, review and assess the reasonableness of the Price division proposed.
Check and verify the all the sales headcount’s SIP based on the hospital sales (commission check)
Management of Daily/Monthly Reporting Functions (i.e. Daily Sales and Divisional Product Reports), provide rebate estimation for each dealer.
Works directly with divisional to support the adhoc business requirement.
Key participant in FP&A process, including the preparation and data input of monthly sales by level5 and OPEX plans into system: Mshare, FCPR, NOVO.
Transfer price reasonable test, co-work with the accounting team to adjust the reasonable TP on the monthly basis.
Provides other adhoc report from AP and Corporate: etc Sales estimation, Mid-Month tracker.

Works directly with the Country Controller and FP&A Manager to support the divisional Sales & Marketing. This position has a direct impact on the continuous improvement of the country financial, planning and analysis processes. Supports a collaborative corporate culture within the organization.
Requirements for this position:
University Degree in accountancy or equivalent
6-8 years experience in similar roles. ( Big 4/CPA background will be a plus)
Familiar with the FP&A tools such as Hyperion, mshare, essbase.
Smart and pick up quickly. Hands on approach with ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment
Analytical, detailed oriented, accurate with a sense of urgency to complete projects
Good working attitude
