Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for business development with total IT & Communication Engineering solution faced with commercial accounts.
2. Responsible for meeting sales quota and developing sales strategies that maximizes sales opportunities and achieve higher growth.
3. Establish excellent client relationships from existing and new clientele base, both locally and region.
4. Achieve both financial and non-financial targets.
5. Oversee and responsible for account management and collections.
6. Working closely with NCS internal pre-sales and delivery teams to drive business development activities.
Professional Skill Requirements
1. First tier University Bachelor or Master with major in Marketing, Economics.
2. More than 3-5 years business development work experience focused on MNC or large commercial accounts with IT solutions selling experience.
3. Positive, self-motivated and highly driven to excel.
4. Customer focus, with strong motivation to meet and exceed customers expectations.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, partners, vendors and colleagues, at all levels.
6. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with English & Chinese.
7. Willing to travel within China.
