Overview:
We are looking for a Consultant, with experience in CRM business processes and IT systems.
The successful candidate is highly motivated to excel and advance his/her career by continuously learning and improving. He/she is pro-active and takes an active interest in the tasks at hand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advising clients (all levels of business, including management level) and team members in regards to CRM related topics in the automotive or FMCG industry
2. Analyze and specify requirements and business processes
3. Process and requirements documentation (Business Proposal, GAP/Fit Analysis etc.)
4. Mapping of client’s processes and touch points to IT and CRM solutions
5. Closely work with technical teams, including external and internal, to analyze technical feasibility of implementing client requirements
6. Produce specifications for technical teams for system implementation, such as entity/field definitions and business rules.
7. Ability to take part in workshops, brainstorming sessions and come up with interesting ideas / solutions
8. Following-up on outstanding open issues with client or internal team members
9. In the absence of a technical solution, advise clients on workarounds
10. Understand the overall project goals and the client’s CRM/business strategy
11. Plan and manage the life cycle of projects, external and internal
12. Understand the importance of quality assurance practices and have the ability to alert clients, team members to potential project risks
13. Build and maintain relationships with clients and third-party participants
14. Work closely with business stakeholders and Project Manager
15. Participation in presales: assessment of briefings and, if necessary, refinement based on your own suppositions, preparation of effort estimates, drafting of proposals
Requirements:
1. Familiar with IT systems implementation.
2. Familiar with the Automotive or FMCG (wholesale) industry is an advantage
3. Experience with at least one CRM system. Knowledge of one of SAP C4C, CRM or ERP is an advantage.
4. Good knowledge of MS Office. Good presentation skills. Medium to advanced MS Excel skills.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese language. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
6. Able to work independently and in a proactive manner
