1Roles & Responsibilities
?Expect to drive correcting activities on reported problems and incidents. This means interacting with other groups, as well as users, to identify and correct what went wrong and to verify solutions.
?Daily monitoring of the application
?Continuously maintaining and make sure the systems are in good shape structurally and performance wise.
?Make root cause analysis of selected problems.
?Proactively make suggestions, to promote effectiveness of the systems.
?Participation in system development planning and design planning activities to secure feasibility of new requirements.
2Competences
?Bachelor degree or above
?Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
?Social competence to handle work in a global organization with different nationalities, cultures, background and skills.
?Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
?Architectural skills in software and information management.
?Experience of working with
o.NET via C#
oAsp.NET, Asp.NET MVC
oWCF
oIIS
oJavaScript, CSS, JSON/XML
oMS SQL Server 2000/5/8; SSIS(SQL Server Integration Services)
?Familiar with IT support process and practices.
An advantage if the candidate has:
?ITIL
?Knowledge of Sony Mobile, or mobile phone industry
?Experience in working in complex network environments
