Requirements/要求：
1. 年齡：28至40歲；28-40 years old；
2. 大專或以上學歷，建筑或土木工程相關專業College degree or above, Architecture or Geotechnical engineering major;
3. 5-10年的建筑行業工作經驗；平屋面、單層屋面工作經驗者優先；工程師工作背景者優先；5-10 years work experience in construction industry, flat roofing, foil roofing industry and engineering background is preferred；
4. 熟練運用office等辦公軟件Familiar with office software，such as Excel, PPT；
5. 性格開朗外向，積極主動，富有強烈的團隊合作意識及積極應對能力Good personality, proactive, willing to cooperate with others and take initiatives；
6. 善于溝通Good communication skills；
JD / responsibilities:崗位職責：
1. 參加展會推廣公司產品；潛在客戶拜訪；客戶關系維護；參加各類會議等各項銷售活動
Attend sales activities, Promote products via exhibition; visit potential customers; relationship; conference, etc；
2. 客戶技術支持、反饋及溝通Give feedback about technical modification and any customerized request；
3. 客戶跟蹤及關系維護Follow and maintain customers.；
4. 訂單跟蹤及交付工作Follow orders and delivery；
5. 銷售資料制作Making sales documentation.
