Duties:
?Answering the Domestic/Global TAC phone between 12:00pm and 6:00pm
?Transferring calls to TAC Engineers where applicable
?Verifying customer support entitlement
?Handling customer inquiries between 12:00pm-6:00pm
?Processing RMAs
?Monitoring the A10 Support mail
?Handling shipments
?General office duties

Hours
?9:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Friday

Requirements
?English knowledge, spoken and written
?Proficiency with standard PC Office tools
