Qualification
- Relative experience of engineering change management.
- Relative product certificate experience, eg. 3C, Emark, and quality knowledge, eg. ISO9001/TS16949.
- Engineering or technical graduate
- At least 5 years working in quality assurance
- Language skills: Native language and Fluent English, know Japanese is plus

Responsibility
? Leading of New Project QE team.
? Attend to the CR phases and give the input to the team about the activities
? Prepare costs analysis for new quality equipment need in new project in the offer phase.
? Participate in the project review meeting and coordinate the activities of QE team.
? Report to the Central QMP about the quality status of the project
? Work on continues improvement about RL an HL quality development.
? Implement continues improvement methodology in Customer protection and satisf.
? Work strongly with ALHQ in Shanghai and report about progress in the quality improvement.
? Coach the team of the new QE in central procedures implementation and methodology.
