BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for China VC including Kohler Global OEM product project schedule control and management, not limited in starting from Mold making ation/ FAI / QTP/ VTP / Ending of Ramp up）, project task al, plan follow-up, project progress control, ramp up plan control, project wrap-up … etc.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIIES
1、Responsible for China VC including Kohler Global OEM product product project schedule control（Starting from Project ation/ Mold making notice / FAI / QTP/ VTP / Ending of production Ramp up） .
2、Responsible for China VC including Kohler Global OEM product development 2 key milestones of Qualification and verification.
3、Responsible for project schedule for China VC including Kohler Global OEM products and suppliers.
4、Responsible for coordinating all related Depts based on OEM VC including Kohler Global OEM product development project target.
5、Responsible for organizing project meeting and progress control according to project schedule and task al of team.
6、Responsible for making project report and wraping up experience and lessons.
7、Responsible implementing safety, quality, environment management policy to achieve company’s safety, quality, environment management goals.
8、 Follow and implement all safety, quality and environment handbook and procedure document in operation department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1、Bachlor degree or above, Major in Science and Technology is preferred.
2、5 years above experience in OEM product development project management. Experience in sanitary ware industry is preferred.
3、Good at English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Can organize English meeting.
4、Familiar with ISO9001 Quality System.
